Simple truths, enduring wisdom (and from one so young!) -- I read this whole article nodding my head.
In fact, I was so impressed by it that I've selected it as the centerpiece for my very first post to the only blog I write under my own name. Rest assured, I will also be sharing this with my friends, colleagues, and clients for some time to come.
Take note: the very first principle in Jason's how-to is "Understanding the buyer is the key to being a strong seller." I know another sage who says it a little differently: "Think customer back." Same difference.
Unless you know your market better than they know themselves, you will be in for an up hill battle.
Hope you enjoy this as much as I did!
